My Profile

Virgin Snow is my first published book although I have been in ministry for over thirty years, a call that took form after studying at L'Abri with Francis Schaeffer in 1977. Forged in the fire of being a pastor's wife, I have worked alongside my husband in counseling, teaching, speaking, and about everything in between. Presently, I also serve as an adjunct professor of English Composition and Public Speaking at Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA and I teach writing and speech to senior-high homeschool students.

My husband, Chip, and I have two children. Bethany and her husband, Alan Wong are lawyers in Philadelphia and our son, Josiah, works in Nashville, TN. We live on a farm (but we don't farm it—other than raising a couple steers and an increasingly small garden). I love my family, Penn State football, National Parks, watching Murder She Wrote with my mother, and what I do....
 
But most of all I love Jesus. And I love talking about what He's said and done. I would say my passion is to help other people know Him better and love Him more. I hope my book and weekly Fresh Tracks serve to that end.
